Blaise Guignard - Directeur Général :

Before founding Portalys, Blaise Guignard created Program SA, a high technology engineering company which he knew how to develop by concentrating on modeling and automating the production of complex mechanical parts. Over the years whilst running Program SA, he designed the bases of a purchase and tender management tool, based on his daily experience.

His experience in industrial production is extended by his many contacts with industrial, regional and international partners.

Blaise Guignard has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).

Rolf van der Klink - Directeur Financier :

Rolf van der Klink has a degree in mathematics from EPFL and an MSc. in finance from the University of Reading. He started his career by taking over the development and implementation of risk management procedures for a large financial group. Then, in his capacity as Eurex Market Maker, he assumed responsibility for a portfolio of related products. He also designed a fully automated trading system.

Rolf van der Klink is not only responsible for handling the financial development aspects of Portalys, but also extends his excellent analysis facilities to managing the team as a whole.

Jörg Schorr - Directeur Produit :

After being awarded his degree in IT Engineering at the EPFL, Jörg Schorr was put in charge of developing important Internet applications for a group of international consultants. He has been awarded his certification as a Java programmer and completed his course by several training sessions dedicated to setting up specific applications servers for the Internet.

Jörg Schorr has confirmed experience in producing e-commerce Web sites and on-line business applications, ranging from their design to their deployment.

In addition to his expertise in the development and IT integration sectors, Jörg Schorr is always held in high regard for his exceptional qualities as a team leader.

François Waelti - Directeur Technique :

No sooner had he graduated as an engineer than François Waelti very quickly achieved his ambition and taste for risk by starting his carrier with a start-up in Silicon Valley, specializing in the development of a new communications tool. On his return to Switzerland, he was in charge of the technical development for Internet access through the cable TV network. On completion of this work, he was appointed head of the IT and Telecommunications network at a major international bank.

In addition to his vital technical knowledge, especially in matters of network security, François Waelti stimulated the team with exceptional motivation and dynamism.

François Waelti obtained his degree as telecommunications engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
